Default Employer lied during unemployment appeal

During a taped unemployment appeals hearing, my former employer lied under oath. The false statement could very easily be proved to be false. Since I won the 1st and 2nd appeal hearings, the unemployment office is uninterested in pursuing the matter. I was wrongly terminated after making complaints to the wage and labor board. My former employer continues to come up with different allegations at each unemployment hearing without any witnesses or any form of evidence to support his allegations. He has now appealed the unemployment decision again. I do not believe he will have any chance of winning and I am thankfully receiving my unemployment checks. What concerns me is wondering what new allegation will be presented in this case. I am a nurse and these allegations he has made involve serious medical errors. We both took an oath at the beginning of each hearing to tell the truth, who enforces this? Is there anything I can do in the state of TN? Could someone please advise?

If you can prove they lied purposely they can be punished and even jailed.

...gather up any and all evidence that you can...

Thank you so much for responding. Where do I take the evidence? If I have testimony /statements from other employees, would this employer be able to retaliate against them?
