I was recently fired for not saying hello to my boss, apperhently I was paying more attention to my customers instead of him. Along with this after my termination the boss told several of my reguylar customers why I was fired. A week following my termination he informed all of the employees why I was fired. He also informed them of some other reasons that were not disclosed to me. IS THIS LEGAL? It seems to me that he has violated some kind of employer - employee confedentialality. I live in Colorado, and I am not sure off all the rules if any one can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. Seth Sorrells

It is not illegal unless he slanders you or says something false etc.
It does seem an odd thing to fire somebody over. |
