I am going to an Employment Tribunal. The respondents, Barclays Bank, have
sent what I can only describe as a \'character assassination\' weeks after the document deadline date - not original. I suspect they did not really want it in the bundle because it can easily be removed without anybody noticing. I have asked for copy of original 3 times, but they will not send. Also was recorded without my knowledge and the transcript they sent was not accurate. The character assassination is pretty awful. How do I stand legally |
