They want me to quit by doing everything they can to pressure me

Ok i started working for a company for 4 months and has recently been bought out by another and was one of the few to keep my job lately i've been on the spot light with my boss for some reason meaning I think they want me to quit by doing everything they can to pressure me into it. So the other day i went to take a break not in a break room BECAUSE SMOKERS GO OUTSIDE AND IT WAS ONLY FOR 10MIN SO I LOOKED at my phone to check the time and time my self. So when i did return i find out that my boss timed me not sure on why and they don't do it to everyone i don't have to punch out and their is no clock outside were we smoke so looking at my watch i was not late but by my boss i was. So i told her that they need to put a colck outside by their time because my time my be different from theirs she said she dosen't have to so i told her to come get me than she said no. So my question is if and can they fire me for these reasons??? I'm really not sure on what to do. Please help

They could unless you have a contract. But you would be eligible for unemployment.

They can pretty much fire at will just as you can quit.
