Offer of appointment
I have received an offer of appointment on Sept subject to my resignation to the military, I have sent a copy of my resignation and filled out all the forms accordingly, suddenly they told me that something happened (November) and it is no possible to get the post.....what can i do?

You can sue in small claims for actual costs that you incur in reliance on them, until you get a new position.

The problem is that I'm in other country different than the institution is.
I'm in Peru the recruiter is in US. |

You could have legal counsel handle it for you if the losses merit hiring counsel.
