Am I legally required to list the last employment on a job application?
I was fired from my last job based on an accusation of illegal activity on their computer systems. I was only employed there for a short time (2 months)... am I legally required to list this employment on a job application?

There is no exact legal requirement to do so. Just don't say anything untrue.
