I CAN USE AN ANSWER TO THIS
Being in the transportation industry I am required to submit to random testing and for 22-years with no history of any type of illegal substance and a driving record free from any d.u.i./d.w.i., I mistook a beverage thought to be my own and consumed it only to find from the source of that beverage that it contained an illegal substance.Unfortunately for me ;I was selected for random testing and failed,which resulted in my termination.I would like to have my name cleared of this as I make a living driving trucks and can not find employment due to this situation.Please advise as it would be greatly appreciated.
