I was just terminated due to a conversation I had with my supervisor regarding issues within the company I expressed my concerns due to the fact that various times were instructed to do so when the need arose. I did not exhibit any of the allegations that he was stating during the termination conversation which were insubordination, bad attitude and poor performance. I have worked at the company for 1.5 months and had no goals or metrics that were evaluating my performance due to still being under the training period. Prior to anyone in my training class being placed in their workstation my supervisor began to let everyone know that the behavior and quality of the established employees were so horrible that he did not want us near them. It was not until I was in my work environment that I began to see what he was complaining about on an almost daily basis. During the conversation that we have a few days prior to me being fired my supervisor informed me of his insubordination against his boss and how he had been in trouble. My supervisor did not follow the company procedure for termination nor did he provide me any kind of documentation regarding my dismissal. What can I do at this point?

This does not constitute a wrongful termination.
Your employer did not need a reason to fire you at all and is not obliged to provide you with any documentation. What you can do is file for UI. |

During the conversation I had with my employer I had expressed my concern over the fact that there seem to be a few FDCPA violations on the accounts and it didnt make sense how we were operating against some of the state laws which meant we could be fined.
