I have been a contract employee of a large company for 12 months. I was extended an offer of full time employment at 6 months, scheduled to take effect on my 1 year anniversary. During the process, I took a pre-employment drug screening and registered a false positive. The offer was then summarily withdrawn. I am a model employee with a sales record above all reproach. What recourse do I have or course of action should/could I take?

as a side note, it was an obvious false positive for amphetamines and this is a 6 figure job.
