I was let go and given unemloyment from an employer.

I had stated to a co-worker in 2009 that I felt I was discriminated against. Several months later I was let go.

I wish to inform you that you cannot be terminated because of discrimination as you being a male. In this regard, you require evidence that you were terminated because of you being a male. You will require to show that your review was also spoiled. In this, if your review was not spoiled because of any other reason but just under discrimination then you can file a lawsuit. The burden of discrimination will be on you. If any statement was given which reflects discrimination it can also be shown in evidence.
