Discrimination Lawsuit
Texas: I have lawsuit against my employer about discrimination and wrongful termination. His lawyer want to know my current place of employment? Is there any danger if I reveal it? Please reply.

If it is listed in his motion for Discovery, you must provide it. If not, you are under no obligation. Don't you have an attorney? He/she should have already answered this question for you.
