I was terminated because i missed four days of work without calling because i was arrested on my day. I thought i would be out before i had to go to work, but i was not allowed a phone call for 5 days. I have never missed work in 2 years. Never had any write-ups and i have never been late? Is there a case for wrongful termination?

How, in your infinite wisdom, do you see this as wrongful termination? You did not show up, nor did you call, through no fault of your employers, for 5 days.
Take this personal accountability onto your own shoulders and stop looking for others to blame. What a sue happy society we live in when people who are arrested and jailed wish to sue their employer for wrongful termination. |
