Confused No Previous Problems

I was terminated because i missed four days of work without calling because i was arrested on my day. I thought i would be out before i had to go to work, but i was not allowed a phone call for 5 days. I have never missed work in 2 years. Never had any write-ups and i have never been late? Is there a case for wrongful termination?

Default Re: No Previous Problems

How, in your infinite wisdom, do you see this as wrongful termination? You did not show up, nor did you call, through no fault of your employers, for 5 days.

Take this personal accountability onto your own shoulders and stop looking for others to blame. What a sue happy society we live in when people who are arrested and jailed wish to sue their employer for wrongful termination.
