FMLA question
My child has a febrile seizure disorder to which has brought on about 16 seizures. Dr certification states child has this disorder and it is associated with fever/illness. Basically whenever my child has a temp most of the time a seizure follows. This is a statement I recieved in regards to FMLA. "XXXX's daughter can run a fever during numerous illnesses, which are not serious health conditions."

Have a doctor write them and explain. They would appear not to have all the facts.
