Are you referring to marijuana? It is legal in Mass now?
If your employer does drug testing and you fail a urine test, yes, you can be fired. |

If your employer says they want no THC use, even if it is legal, they can fire you. But if it is legal they have to warn you of the policy.
I don't think it is legal...just that you don't go to jail. So yes they can fire you. |

If you have a good work history since the incident, it would likely not be a problem, unless it was a job involving security clearences. Good luck.
