fmla violation?
can an employer deny you fmla for a condition...turn around and approve you for the same condition 2 months later and then once again deny you for the same condition in a 9 month time frame and then terminate you for those absences that were fmla qualified that they denied.
Also...on the certification form there is a spot for them to insert a date the certification has to be completed and back to them by.....this spot has a line drawn through it with no insert date. I turned on in but I was just curious if that would be invaild since it wasn't properly filled out by them? |

No--You could consult your nearest Department of Labor office to briefly discuss the issue with them first...you may also want to ask the company to put what is happening in writing and explain to them that you may have attorneys review the situation...try speaking to a higher level of management about the issue; they may override the other managers. If none of these efforts resolves the issue, let us know.
