Default Termination in Red Book Investigation

I was terminated a little over a year ago for a red book investigation. They asked me a question that had absolutely nothing to do with the case. It was dealing with my personal life and was something that was not on the work premises or on company time. I was also six months pregnant at the time that happened and I was asked to conceal my pregnancy to ge the new postition I applied for. Ultimately, I was terminated and I still believe that it was a wrongful termination. I have contacted the EEOC about the pregnancy issue and they said I could not prove it so it was thrown out. PLEASE HELP... I still want to persue this. When they fired me it completely ruined my life! My credit went really bad, I have depression now, and I haven't been able to find work for over a year. If anyone at all can help PLEASE contact me at kimi_cat76@yahoo.com. Thank you for reading this.

You may also want to give your details on the home page of the worldlawdirect site as they will then have a specific lawyer, or several, contact you privately to discuss details and evaluate your case--

It is certainly possible you have a case based on what you say here; you could take a brief description of these events as well as your records to an employment attorney and see if the attorney thinks you have a claim; often you need to contact several attorneys to find one to take the case; the review of your case and records is often free and then they will often take the case on a contingency fee basis if they think you can win; you would pay only if they collect for you...
