Exclamation Can Human Resources do this?

1. Wrote a personal opinion on a write up notice in regards to a medical situation?
2. States on one sheet HR and supervisor called me...then on another states I called them same date and time?
3. Points me for missing work on a written warning but not on master attendance sheet and paystub reflects I have worked?
4. States I wouldn't take FMLA over and over again on sheets...then states I completed the medical certification on another on such a date?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You can ask for a correction or submit your own file statement as to the correct facts, times etc.
