I recently had to leave my job due because I had to leave to another state , I\'m trying to re- apply for the same company but they said I would have to wait 90 days because I was terminated , wich I wasn\'t . This supposed termination is going against my record ... do I have a case?.

They may have a 90 day policy however the termination occurs--even if you do it. And that is lnot illegal.
