German Anti Discrimination Act
Under the new German Anti Discrimination Act (AGG) the discrimination of handicaped employees by the employer entitles the handicaped person for compensation claims against his employer.
Under German Law an employeer must get the permission by the responsible local public authority to dismiss a handicaped employee, before he is entitled to dismiss a the handicaped person. A dismissal without permission of the local authority shall be illegal. Question: Is such a dismissal without permission of the local authority a discrimination? |
