Confused Retaliation against pro union employees and anyone reporting an injury

The company I work for used scare tactics while a union was trying to get votes to represent the workforce. The company ended up getting ride of any pro union personal by lay off or performance issues. I have proof they were targeting pro union employees.

Now they are firing anyone who reports an injury and calling it a performance issue. I am in management and think this is totally wrong. What can I do?

You could consult your nearest Department of Labor office to briefly discuss the issue with them first...you may also want to ask the company to put what is happening in writing and explain to them that you may have attorneys review the situation...try speaking to a higher level of management about the issue; they may override the other managers. If none of these efforts resolves the issue, let us know.
