FMLA Violation....
MA.
I was on maternity leave, when i came back to work i got lay off that same day! they gave me two excuses, that i took one extra week (which is true because i couldn't find a baby sitter) and the other was that bussiness were too slow at that time. What do you think, is it this ilegal??? i'm so upset, i don't know what i'm going to do now. |
