Unfair Hiring?
The company I work for changed ownwership effective 01/01/2009. Since then the new owners have hired friends and family to do jobs that other workers do there, some more than 2 years. These people make less money than the friends and family members make as new hires. I need help understanding the laws, if any, that apply to this situation. The location of this buisness is Fairfax County Va.
