threaten to fire
i work for a retail sporting goods company and they said all employees HAD to sell a specific number of shoes each (one person had to sell 8 another had to sell 5 etc.) or they would be fired if they didn't sell that specific number. Now all they employees feel threatened by this and can not do their job properly because they are worried they will loose their job. Some of the employees are even getting physically getting sick over this. Is this legal for them to do?
