Angry How Long Do I Have To Wait??

I worked at my previous place of employment for 2 years. I got terminated in July and still have not received my 2 weeks vacation pay nor my 1 week sick time. I understand that I may not receive my sick pay but my accrued vacation pay I am owed. I have filed complaints with the Attorney General who fowardede my complaint on to the U.S. Dept of Labor and here 10 weeks later still no check, no money, no letter, no screw you - NOTHING!! I want to know the legal side of this. Clearly violating IC 22-4-5-2. Do I stand a chance of taking them to court for my money? Also, because they are not paying up I am not getting unemployment also which makes it even worse on me and my family. I have another job now but what about the 10 weeks I didn't and couldn't get unemployment because they refuse to pay? I AM OVER WAITING and I WANT MY MONEY!

Usually if a company has it in their policies that vacation time, accured or otherwise, is not paid out at all in event of a termination.

FLSA does not mandate that an employer provide any vacation time at all, therefore, how they handle said vacation time is up to them.
