Question Fired from a hourly retail job in Ohio... Is signature required?

If I am fired from a hourly retail job in Ohio, having no formal employment contract with my employer, am I legally required to sign any documents upon termination?

The paperwork is very basic--I won't sue them for any wrong-doing, etc.
