My daughther has been working for a goverment agency for eight years. For quite some time she has been having many issues. From financial to emotional issues. She is a single mother of a eight year old. The father of the child that has been providing child support was laid off and he hasn't been able to continue to provide as he had been.
She has been diagnosed with extreme depression due to all that and also her brother has been detained since 07 and she has been helping his three children. (Two-five and eight). I could go on and on. She is a nurturing person to the point that she often puts everyone else before her. Her father has been ill with a recurrance of Polio and she has been helping him also. She has been going here and there and everyone to help and now it has obviously reached the maximum. Throughout these entire ordeals her mental health has been affected. She have sought medical assistance and was diagnosed with extreme depression and been given medication. However, because other medical bills she wasnt able to afford that extra expense once the medication expired. She is aware of how important it is for her to be in a better mental state which will ultimately allow her to deal with her job, her son and her life. She had a meeting and she provided documentation from the doctor about her mental issues that the doctors said it has caused her not to be able to concentrate on her job but instead tried to take too much on herself which end it up being too much and so she was fired. Is anything that she can do or the fact that she was absent will be agains her? |
