Default what happens to employers who lie?

One more question.

what will happen to my employer if he is found guilty of lying at the appeal? I know I have him in the ring about a fake gas mileage log he made up with all the proof, but what if they also find that he lied about my termination with his company? This is California by the way.

Your employer is probably subject to giving false testimony within public records.
- This can add to criminal charges, usually felonies under fraud and perjury, and possibly obstruction of justice. (which may be assessed differently if your employer chose to have an attorney represents on BEHALF of the company based on

FIRST: you have to prove perjury (which is a Federal offense as well, so you can go ahead and check out what perjury is defined as in your CA. state code too!
Look up you laws under perjury. You will have to have "material proof" to substantiate that the conversations you had were ficticious. Look up the definition of "hearsay evidence" under the law. If an attorney convinced another individual to lie under oath and you can substantiate that, USE IT.

Check out the definition of FRAUD under your state laws, if there is a fraud for public records under criminal offenses you can probably get a pretty high degree (I'm assuming you have an unemployment appeal process), but you will have to have CONCRETE material.
If more than one individual is aware of the "felonious conduct in office" (look this up too) then you are subject to another..who knows. I'm familiar with IA laws. Fun!

sorry.
