Default sexual harassment

A subordinate and myself had an on again, off again sexual affair over the last few years.

She was recently let go for other reasons...but officially she resigned. During her final meeting with our boss, she eluded to threatening to file a sexual harassment case against me. My boss doesn't know anything about the affair. The only proof she may have are some racey e-mails she may have saved.

Is there anything I should be doing to prepare for such an event. Thanks in advance for your response
