Wronfully Discharge - Employee said that I threaten him

I was wrongfully terminated after eight years of a service at a work factory because a employee said that I Threaten him. They basically took his word over me and another guy word. It wasn't but three people in the whole plant and me and the this other guy got fired and the guy that made the allegations kept his job. I went from being a supervisor, to a regular employee, to being fired in a matter of three weeks. They didn't have any witness that said I threaten anyone, They took one employee word over mine. I think I was terminated because I was complaining about working seven days a week 56 to 60 hours a week and I was getting paid a straight salary. on top of that I haven't had a raise in the past 4 years and alot other people at the place have gotten raise. I want to know what action can I take.

Naturally they are using this as the reason for firing you,even though we know it's because of you speaking out about not having a raise or working too many hours.Corprate America want s you as a robot.They want you to keep your mouth shut and obey the rules like a good little slave.I bet the person you threaten was probably sent there to set you up for a fall.
