Default Pregnancy Discrimination

My employer has less than 15 workers (6 employees total)and I\'ve been
reading that the law only protects pregnant women who are being
discriminated or treated unfairly if they work for a company that has at
least 15 employees. Is this true? Are there any laws that protect pregnant
women like myself that work for a really small company? I was just told that
I\'ll be fired if I have to leave work again due to an illness. The fact
that it is pregnancy related and that it required medical attention, matters
not to my boss. I look forward to your response.
