Wrongful Termination: I was treated extremely unfair.

I was terminated from my job as a Professional after 3.5 years of service and I feel I was treated extremely unfair.

I was corresponding w/ a girl through classmates.com - (lunch time hour or downtime) - on the work computer, well long story short, she got mad because I sad some rude things to her & she then classified the emails as threatening which they were not, her husband is a lawyer & she got a private detective to come to my home and confront me w/ the issue in front of 2 small children,
she even was able to get a DA to work for her, he 1st told me he had picked up my CD's from my job, then the HR Dept. told me the police dept. picked it up, so which is it ? I have requested a copy of the warrant that was issued to my company to obtain the hard-drive off of my computer and they just ignore me. I was told there has to be something really bad to obtain a warrant for somebodies stuff, to this day I don't even know what was said, 3 mos. have passed and I am getting no where w/ this. I call down to the courts there is nothing on file for me, I don't know if possibly all this was done legal or since the girls husband is a lawyer she has contacts under the table. I have contacted my previous employer for a copy of the warrant and they just ignore me. I lost my job over all this, I was never given a warning either, most employee's stay on the internet all day!
Please advise.
