FMLA issue
My father has been off on FMLA for 3 weeks now and been diagnosed terminal, but he wants to return to work. His employer required him to get a certification releasing him to return to work. He did but the doctor put restriction on what he was allowed to do. Now his employer is saying that if he can't do the complete job that they are not going to let him come back to work. Is this legal for them to do?
