I was involuntarily admitted to the hospital. I refused all treatment as I didn't need any and I told them before they did anything that I will not pay for anything. Am I legally obligated to pay the medical bills in FL?

Who admitted you. If you had to be admitted for your own safety they can enforce the charges in some cases. But it sounds as if you will have a right to dispute them here based on what you said thus far.
