I took my sick son to see the Dr.. I have a family balance at that clinic of 287.00. They told me my son could not see a Dr. if I could't pay 122.00 right then. I offered to pay 50.00 and they said no. I had to leave the clinic and take my son to another place to see a Dr. Can something be done about this and is this a legal practice? I have health insurance.

It is not strictly illegal but if you file a compaint with the medical licensing Board they will take some kind of action or at least investigate.
