is it legal???doesn't seem right
is it legal for an OBGYN to treat pressure sores on a grown man just becuse the doctor was in the military and sort of related? it doesn't make any sense to me....

Hi there. The answer would depend upon a couple of considerations -- primarily the laws of the jurisdiction (state) in question and whether the treatment constitued a breach of the standard of care. Generally, it would seem rather odd for a specialist of this type to provide this sort of treatment. The best thing, if you have concerns, would be to have the case reviewed free of charge by a plaintiffs' trial attorney.
