Exclamation Appetite Suppressant Drugs & Foods

Please don't use these - any of them. They're so dangerous!!! They're basically medication that "speeds" everything up, including your heart... Not good at all.

Use apples instead !!

An apple a day keeps cravings at bay. High-fiber foods like apples generally require more chewing time, giving your body extra time to register the fact that you're no longer hungry. Therefore, you're less likely to overeat.

Many experts agree that apples were at the top of the list of appetite suppressant food. This is mainly because apples take longer to chew. And when you don't cut them up into little pieces it takes even longer. What does this have to do with suppressing your appetite right. Well it's quite simple; the brain usually takes about 20 minutes to process whether or not your full.

Default Re: Appetite Suppressant Drugs & Foods

More suppressant foods listed below...

Green Tea

Green tea in particular is another good appetite suppressant food that is also known for its ability to help burn fat. This explains the popularity among people who wish to lose weight.

Chocolate

Not all chocolates are good appetite suppressant food. There are some kinds of chocolates that should definitely be avoided. There are also some brands and types of chocolates that carry a lot of calories and are sugar rich which makes them major weight contributors. However, very small portions of dark chocolate may be good for you.

Oatmeal

Flaxseeds

Water

Drinking plenty of water throughout the day can keep you hydrated. It also limits your appetite especially if you drink a glass before a meal.

All the foods that were listed above will surely help to suppress your appetite. However it would also be wise to use a healthy diet and a good exercise plan to aid you in achieving your weight loss goals.
