Default Minor's Privacy vs. Parent's Right To Know

I need to know if a patient is screened for cancer and is a minor, in Florida, and is found to have illicit drugs in their system, would their doctor be obligated to tell the patient's parents. Would the patient be able to request the doctor withhold the information from their parents?
