How to file a suit against American Laser Centers. Please help
STATE: Texas
Hello, I am trying to file a suit against American Laser Centers. However, I do not know if that would be the correct name to file it against. I tried getting the correct name from the FTC, chamber of commerce, BBB, and the prosecutor's office. However, they all just kept passing me in a circle. I have had no luck. Can someone help me? What do I do? Thank you, |

Each state has a State Department that licenses all business. The parent company name and the franchise name and all associated information can be obtained free of charge via the appropriate State Department.
Each state has a directory online where one can search for the proper State Department.

They cheated me too... and they will do it to you... I was one their first clients and paid in full.. after a couple of years they wanted me to start paying again! They never finish the treatment. The service was more than awful many times and dangerous, so there is no change I will keep going there. They elongate the time in between your treatments so it goes expired and you have to start paying again after two years... they fist say it will only take few weeks and that is not true.
Big Scam, horrible services in their location in Miami Beach. Extremely disapointed. I will sue them also. |
