How to file a suit against American Laser Centers. Please help

I worked for this company as a manager and I am well aware of all of their unlawful ways. I would like to join the class action suit, I think they need one for employees as well as clients. Please contact me at kimberlymoore3715@comcast.net.

I would like to be part of the suit... they closed the only ALC site within a 50 mile radius of me and instead of giving me a partial refund they tell me I have to travel over 100 miles to another ALC site... BULL... that is ridiculous! I was not asking for a full refund... just partial... 30% of what i paid (which i paid in full and upfront) ... so disgusted with this company! Count me in... was charged $1,000 as part of a package, over the phone telling me that the rest of the money -$500.00- I could paid for it in one month when I get to the center for my appointment. They called to schedule the appointment two weeks later and to tell me that I needed to sign the voucher, I told them that I could not afford the treatment this time -I had other treatments before, good results- due to divorce moving and being broke, they replied that they will process the refund.

To make it short, hat to complain to the BBB to get an answer from them wanting to refund only the $1,000.00 after nine months accumulating %29 over that money. After all the time invested trying to get a refund, and answers from the clinic managers is not fair to just receive the base amount. I have emails that prove that they said they will make a reimburse an start the process and blah, blah, blah... but never did until I filed the complaint with the BBB, but, is not fair and I will go over with any class action suit to make it fair.

I read some information about a possible class action law suit against American Laser Center. Both my Mom and I need help and are not getting anywhere. Does anyone have advice for me???
