How to file a suit against American Laser Centers. Please help

BBB should work i have a dispute with them right now ans surprisingly ALC is being responsive! its all done online, just fill out the form.. PLEASE DO IT!!!! we need to put an end to all their scamming. If you search the internet there is nothing but class action suits and complaints against them.. I really wish i researched before signing up with them

Yes, I want to join in a class action suit against those scammer. I have a complaint in to the Washington State General Consumer office but I have not heard from them.

It was a great surprise to find this website and see that so many people have had terrible experiences like I have. The manager keeps telling me I am the only one who have experienced this much problems. Of course, she is right, yes?

I want to join in as well. I have already went up to the regional manager and no response besides I have to talk with her manager. Started leaving messages with them as of today and will continue till I get my money back. They are horrible.

I would love to know how to join in a class action law suit. I paid in full and no results. Then I received a call to cancell my appointment. Once I called to reschedule the phone was disconnected. I called the main number to find they have closed the office. HELP!
I was told someone would call me. NO word.
