should I write and appeal myself
hello, I was wondering if I should write an appeal for my insurance denial myself before hiring an attorney or would it be to late if they deny my case again after an appeal.i have till June to get my last appeal in. Is there a statue of limitations? I am in Oregon and my insurance is in illinois.

If you lose that appeal you have virtually no remedies left as a practical matter so it may be worth having counsel assist.
