I am currently on OPT and my OPT will be ending in May. My employer is going to file for my H1 but as you know my H1 will start from 1st October 2008. So please give me all the possibilities how I can maintain my legal status in US during OPT and H1 gap.

USCIS to Allow F-1 Students Opportunity to Request Change of Status congrats on finding an employer to sponsor you and I hope this finds you in time! |
