Suddenly Fired
Hello,
I have H-1B Visa. I had worked since Jan. 2005. I got sick vacation for 5 months in my country, and back to USA on Sept. 22 /2006. I got a letter from company that states I'll work from Oct. 1st 2006. But owner suddenly fire me today (Oct. 2 2006). In this case how I should do. Can I get moving, air fare,...... from owner? Please answer me. Thanks |

They should at least cover all costs back etc. since you relied on them and returned. If you have any problem with them, let us know.
