Unhappy Suddenly Fired

Hello,
I have H-1B Visa.
I had worked since Jan. 2005.
I got sick vacation for 5 months in my country, and back to USA on Sept. 22 /2006. I got a letter from company that states I'll work from Oct. 1st 2006.
But owner suddenly fire me today (Oct. 2 2006).

In this case how I should do.
Can I get moving, air fare,...... from owner?
Please answer me.
Thanks

They should at least cover all costs back etc. since you relied on them and returned. If you have any problem with them, let us know.
