Am I alloewed to join a labor union as an H1B employee?
A new labor union is being created at my place of employment. I am the only H1B employee and I do not know if I'm legally allowed to join the union.
What do I do? Thanks!! |

Yes you can to my knowledge...nothing prohibits it.
You could confirm with Immigration by calling them. |
