If the employer agrees to sponsor to H1B, what does the sponsorship include, ie, covering the application costs and legal fees, recommendation letters?
If an H1B worker gets fired, does he or she lose status right away, or if not, how much time is available to find a new job. |

If fired he has to leave the US within a few days or so, unless in some cases if there is another job immediately available.
