Default Paying employer for H1B (Govt + Attorney fees)

My employer who filed H1b for me this year has asked for all H1B related fees from me and I paid it, did not know its illegal? If I complain about him to DOL/ OIG, will I be declared guilty too because I paid money to him and was indulged in this illegal activity?

Please suggest.

Sorry for what you're been through here. I would proceed with caution. With all that is at stake here, protect yourself by conferring with an immigration attorney prior to filing any reports. If you will just go to the WLD main page, you can contact them for referral information. They have lawyers all over, so they could put you in touch with someone who can review your case and help. AJJ
