I am an international student and I did an in service training in USA and I have the two year rule. Now I would like to apply for the H1 visa since my old boss would like to have me for another period of time. So I would like advice because I don't know if I should apply for the J1 waiver first or if I just go to the USA embassy and apply for the H1 visa.
I would really appreciate your advice. |
