H1B Holder working for a company in his home country
1.) Can I person, who holds H1B visa, work for a company in his home country? The work can be done online in his spare time and he will get his payment in his country. Will this kind of work inflict any immigration law? Is this possible?
2.) Furthermore, if there is a company in the US that is interested in working with his home country company. By representing his company to them, is he inflicting any immigration law? |
