H1b Job Termination
from Pennsylvania
Pl. help me with your precious advice. I got laid off five months back. I kept hunting jobs but could not get one. Now I am planning to leave the country. Is the Company which terminated my services and was holding my H1B, liable to pay return ticket to my base country? Can I claim the return air tickets after five months? What about the return tickets of my dependants? I think the record will show them that I have not been hired by anyone during the last five months.Thanks. Pl. consider this urgent. Is there any legal link you can provide me which I can quote to my employer for claiming. |
