H1B Transfer
I have an H1B visa applied by companyA, but i never had been to USA on companyA.
Now i got a good offer from companyB. Can i transfer my H1B to companyB. |

You need to transfer your h1b from company A to B, while you are in India. If you use visa by company A and come to USA, it will be considered gross mis-representation and can effect your greencard process in the future.
Also, be sure to have a project on hand, when you go to the u.s consulate. Source: H1B Transfer NRISoft |
